Devika Patel is passionate about helping businesses navigate the legal side of building and growing their businesses. Her interests include business law, intellectual property, corporate transactions, and general corporate matters. She enjoys learning about her clients and their businesses and looks forward to helping them find practical legal solutions that support their goals.

Originally from Mississippi, Devika earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi before attending Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she earned her law degree. During law school, she developed a strong interest in business law and gained experience working with businesses on a variety of legal matters, including transactional work, contracts, and business structuring. She is excited to begin her legal career with Fourscore and continue learning alongside a team dedicated to serving its clients.

Devika values building genuine relationships with both clients and colleagues and believes that being a good attorney starts with being a good listener, understanding what matters to each client, and approaching every matter with care and attention to detail.

Outside of the office, Devika enjoys spending time with her dog and family, traveling, discovering new places, and, perhaps most importantly, trying new restaurants and finding her next favorite food spot. She is excited to explore Raleigh and make the most of everything the area has to offer.
