Helen Lavigne joined Fourscore in late June 2018 as our Operations & Technology Manager. She provides essential paralegal and operational support to the firm’s attorneys and clients. Helen continuously strives to create a pleasant and efficient work environment, and she goes out of her way to offer assistance to anyone on the team - regardless of the time of day or the task involved (always with a smile). She also leads our in-house technology initiatives, manages our website and social media platforms, and serves as our go-to application tester.
Prior to joining Fourscore, Helen worked for several years in the financial services and legal industries. She was selected as a go-to leader to travel abroad, where she streamlined and standardized processes that improved efficiency across the organization. She has a strong ability to effortlessly manage back-end operations while delivering outstanding internal and external client support. Her wide-ranging responsibilities included managing accounts payable/receivable, staff support, facilities, IT, and vendor relations - all while continuously looking for ways to improve workflows and office procedures. Most importantly, Helen works closely with staff to foster high performance and is a valued team player.
In her spare time, Helen enjoys spending time with her family and her two cats, Khelgar and Presto, as well as traveling, hiking, biking, bowling, photography, and volunteering. She also loves hanging out with friends and sharing a good laugh.
