End of Days Distillery was founded by Shane and Beth Faulkner with a clear goal: to create more than just spirits—they sought to craft meaningful experiences. In February 2020, they opened the distillery in a restored WWII-era Quonset hut situated on Castle Street in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Not long after opening, the distillery faced the unexpected challenges of the pandemic - but pivoted quickly and thoughtfully by producing hand sanitizer to support their community during a difficult time. This response showcased their ingenuity and community-minded spirit.

Housed in a beautifully restored Quonset hut with curved steel architecture, End of Days marries industrial charm with refined craftsmanship. Inside this historic space lies a state-of-the-art distillery, complemented by a cocktail bar, tasting lounge, and versatile event space - creating a vibrant setting for stories, connections, and of course, exceptional spirits.
