Ana joined the Fourscore team as a Junior Paralegal in 2026, where she assists companies with SEC registrations, prepares startup formation packages, and manages filings with the North Carolina Secretary of State. She’s learning more every day about entity conversions and enjoys the challenge of drafting complex legal documents.

Ana completed her paralegal studies at UNC Charlotte. As a Harvard graduate and former English teacher, she has a keen eye for detail and takes a thoughtful approach to her work. After living in Asia for several years, Ana and her husband settled in Raleigh, where they now live with their two kids.
